摘 要:在分布式连接全装配RC楼盖(DCNPD)中,板与板之间和梁板之间通过连接件连接以提高楼盖的竖向承载力和平面内刚度。为研究DCNPD竖向承载力计算方法,在试验基础上进行了DCNPD横板向弯曲刚度理论与数值模拟分析。结果表明:DCNPD的竖向承载能力略小于现浇楼盖,远大于不加连接件的装配式楼盖,验证了DCNPD板缝构造横板向传力的有效性;建立了DCNPD横板向弯曲刚度简化分析模型,基于等效梁模型理论提出DCNPD横板向弯曲刚度计算方法,并验证了该方法用于楼盖竖向承载力弹性分析的可行性;楼盖的板缝数和连接件个数对其横板向与整体楼盖的竖向承载能力影响较大,而板缝数的影响更为显著,工程中在运输和吊装条件允许的情况下,宽板预制方案可有效提高楼盖的竖向承载能力。研究成果可为分布式连接全装配RC楼盖的研究应用提供参考和依据。In order to enhance the vertical bearing capacity and in-plane stiffness of discrete connected new-type precast RC floor diaphragms(DCNPD),slab joints and slab-beam joints are connected by mechanical connectors.The theoretical and numerical studies of bending stiffness in the orthogonal slab laying direction(OSLD)were conducted to reveal the vertical bearing capacity of DCNPD based on experimental results.The result shows that:the vertical bearing capacity of DCNPD is slightly smaller than that of cast-in-situ floor,but much higher than that of the precast floor without slab joint connectors,demonstrating that the connectors are effective in transferring the OSLD force in DCNPD.An analytical model for bending stiffness in OSLD was constructed and the bending stiffness calculation method(which was verified valid in the elastic analysis of DCNPD)in OSLD of DCNPD was proposed based on equivalent beam-model theory.Both slab numbers and connector numbers are main factors for the vertical bearing capacity of DCNPD,but slab numbers are more vital compared with connector numbers.It is proposed that wide-precast-slab plan should be preferred when the transportation and hoisting conditions are available.The results can provide a reference for further studies and project practices of DCNPD.
