摘　　要：红双断块为海安油田典型的低渗透油藏,因水窜问题严重,生产井普遍高含水。为了改善水驱开发效果,自主研制弱凝胶调剖剂,缓解了油藏层内、平面矛盾,开发指标明显好转,经济效益显著,为同类油藏提供了经验。Hongshuang Block is a typical low permeability reservoir of Hai’an oilfieid.Beacause of severe water channeling, production wells generally exhibit high water content.In order to improve the waterflooding development, weak gel profil control agent is independently developed. The contradiction between the reservoir layer and plane is eased,the development indicators are improved markedly,and economic benefits are increased significantly,so the paper can provide experience for the same reservoir.
