摘  要:分馏塔作为汽油选择性加氢装置的关键设备,分馏效果直接影响产品的硫含量和辛烷值。通过以下方式来优化该塔操作工况:(1)降低分馏塔操作压力,提高了分离精度,降低能耗;同时再沸器可以利用低品质蒸汽作为热源,避免使用中压蒸汽,提高了能量综合利用率。(2)分析表明回流/进料比在提高分离精度和LCN产量上,存在最大极限值,不应过分提高回流量。(3)灵敏板温度串级控制LCN采出量,能准确控制切割温度,保证产品质量。As the key equipment of selective hydrogenation unit for gasoline,the fractionation effect directly affects the sulfur content and octane number of the product. The operating conditions of the column were optimized by the following methods :(1) the operational pressure of the fractionator was reduced to improve the separation accuracy and reduce energy consumption;At the same time,the reboiler can use low quality steam as heat source,avoid using medium pressure steam,and improve the comprehensive utilization of energy.(2) the analysis shows that the reflux/feed ratio has the maximum limit in improving the separation accuracy and LCN output,and the reflux rate should not be excessively increased.(3) sensitive plate temperature cascade control LCN output,can accurately control the cutting temperature,to ensure product quality.
