高校图书馆讨论室新型预约系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：通过对图书馆内预约管理的弊端进行分析,指出柜台手工预约和自助电脑预约的优缺点。提出一套基于杭州电子科技大学图书馆内已有设备的满足图书馆实际需求而又高效便捷的新型预约系统。该系统可实现对图书馆讨论室的预约及使用进行相应的约束和管理。系统也可拓宽,应用于其他类似环境领域中。以我校图书馆讨论室预约系统为例,详细阐述系统的开发过程与服务创新,并对系统的可拓展性进行了说明。This paper analyzed the shortcomings of reservation management in libraries,and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of manual reservation at the counter and self-service computer reservation.We presented a new efficient and convenient reservation system based on the existing equipment in the library of Hangzhou Dianzi University to meet the actual needs of the library.The system can restrict and manage the reservation and use of library discussion room.It can also be extended to other similar environmental fields.Taking the reservation system of discussion room in our university library as an example,we elaborated on the development process and service innovation of the system,and explained the extensibility of the system.
