摘 要:采用纳米零价铁(NZVI)和厌氧微生物(AD)组合体系降解废水中的硝基苯,研究了该组合体系对硝基苯的降解效果,考察了影响降解效果的主要因素,并对降解机理进行了探讨。结果表明,相比单独NZVI体系、单独AD体系,NZVI-AD体系对硝基苯的降解效果更好。其最佳处理条件:初始pH=4,初始硝基苯质量浓度200 mg/L,NZVI投加量0.6 g/L。在最佳条件下,硝基苯降解率达到72.5%。厌氧微生物和纳米零价铁之间存在明显的协同作用。A combined system of nano zero-valent iron(NZVI) and anaerobic microorganism(AD) was used to degrade the nitrobenzene in wastewater. The degradation effect of the combined system on nitrobenzene was studied,the main factors affecting the degradation effect were investigated and the degradation mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the NZVI-AD system had better degradation effect on nitrobenzene,compared with NZVI system or AD system alone. The degradation rate of nitrobenzene reached 72.5% under the optimal condition of initial pH of 4,nitrobenzene mass concentration of 200 mg/L and the dosage of NZVI 0.6 g/L. There was a significant synergistic effect between AD and NZVI.
