摘 要:在传统生物接触氧化法基础上,通过投加铁絮凝物实现对涂料废水的强化处理。结果表明,赋铁工况下其COD去除率有效增幅稳定在4%~5%。镜检发现,赋铁生物膜中的生物种群更为丰富,结构更为密实。污染物生物降解动力学研究表明,赋铁后生物接触氧化法中饱和系数Ks由213 mg/L降至107.4 mg/L,单位面积填料最大基质去除速度Umax由1 250 g/(m^2·d)降至714.3 g/(m^2·d)。赋铁生物接触氧化法能有效降低或消除涂料废水中有毒物质对微生物的毒害或抑制作用,有利于微生物对污染物的降解。On the basis of the traditional biological contact oxidation process,the bioferric process could enhanced the paint wastewater treatment.The results showed that the COD removal efficiency was stable increased at 4%-5%with iron floc application.Microscopic examination revealed that the biological population in the bioferric biofilm was more abundant and its structure was denser.Through the calculation of the kinetic parameters of biodegradation of pollutants,it was found that after adding iron floc,the saturation coefficient Ksof the contact oxidation method was reduced from 213 mg/L to 107.4 mg/L,and the maximum substrate removal rate per unit area of the filler Umaxwas from1 250 g/(m^2·d)to 714.3 g/(m^2·d).Therefore,the bioferric process could effectively reduce or eliminate the inhibitory of toxic substances to microorganisms in wastewater and was beneficial to the microbial degradation of pollutants by microorganisms.
