摘 要:简要介绍了江西某制药厂高浓度制药废水处理工程实例以及耐盐菌改良处理流程后污染物去除率的变化。企业根据工业废水特点,采用pH调节+臭氧预处理+水解酸化+IC反应器+A/O+BAF的主体处理工艺,并在稳定运行后在A/O段加入耐盐菌。运行实践表明,该工艺路线设计合理,运行稳定,在A/O段加入耐盐菌后,该处理阶段COD和氨氮去除率明显提升,最终出水水质稳定达到《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21904-2008)的要求。A case study on the treatment of highly concentrated wastewater from pharmaceutical industry in a pharmaceutical factory,in Jiangxi Province,China,as well as the changes in pollutant removing rate after applying salt tolerant bacteria to the improvement of treatment flow,is introduced briefly.According to the characteristics of the industrial wastewater of the factory,the main treatment process,p H regulation+O3pretreatment+hydrolytic acidification+internal circulation reactor+anoxic/oxic+biological aerated filter,has been used,and salt-tolerant bacteria added to A/O stage after the operation runs stably.The operation practice shows that the design of the process route is reasonable and the operation stable.After adding salt-tolerant bacteria to the A/O treatment stage,the removing rates of COD and NH3-N in that treatment stage are improved obviously.The final effluent water quality is stable,meeting the requirements for the"Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants in Pharmaceutical Industry of Chemical Synthesis Category"(GB 21904-2008).
