摘　　要：作为颅底外科中的一个重要分支,侧颅底外科领域与耳外科和神经外科联系紧密,成为众多交叉学科中合作最为成功的典范之一。内镜技术在近20年内的快速发展,让其在显微镜占统治地位的侧颅底外科中拥有了一席之地。随着内镜技术和理念的不断成熟,内镜在侧颅底外科中也扮演越来越重要的角色,如何更好地发挥内镜的优势、优化手术流程、选择手术适应症是众多学者热议和研究的话题。As an important branch of skull base surgery, lateral skull base surgery is closely connected with otology and neurosurgery, and has become one of the most successful examples of interdisciplinary cooperation. The rapid development of endoscopic techniques in the past 20 years has earned a place for itself in lateral skull base surgery, which is still dominated by microscopic operations. With the continuous perfection of endoscopic techniques and concepts, endoscopy now has played an increasingly important role in lateral skull base surgery. However, how to fully expoit the advantages of endoscopic techniques, optimize surgical procedures and select surgical indications remain hot issues for future.
