视觉性眩晕量表的汉化及信效度分析

摘　　要：目的汉化VVAS(Visual Vertigo Analogue Scale)视觉性眩晕量表并探讨其信度、效度及临床应用价值。方法征得原作者同意后,将原英文版VVAS视觉性眩晕量表汉化为中文版量表。应用于2017年9月至2018年4月于南方医院就诊并行前庭功能检查的眩晕头晕患者,共809例病例。调查内容包括一般情况、详细病史、VVAS视觉性眩晕量表中文版、DHI(Dizziness Handicap Inventory)眩晕残障量表。评价其内部一致性信度、重测信度、效标效度。结果 VVAS视觉性眩晕量表中文版的内部一致性信度Cronbachα系数为0.952;重测信度采用t检验,其相关系数t=0.953(P>0.05)。效标效度采用Spearman相关系数分析,比较VVAS总分与DHI总分相关系数(r=0.512,P<0.001),各差异具有统计学意义。结论中文版VVAS视觉性眩晕量表在评价患者的视觉性眩晕程度上具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估视觉性眩晕的工具,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To develop a Chinese version of Visual Vertigo Analogue Scale(VVAS) and to test its reliability, validity and clinical value. Methods The VVAS was translated into Chinese with the consent of the original author. The VVAS was applied to patients with vertigo or dizziness in Nanfang hospital from September 2017 to April2018, the total number of the patients was 809. The survey included general information, detailed medical history, the Chinese version of VVAS and the Chinese version of Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI). Some indexes were calculated, including internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability and criterion validity. Results The internal consistency reliability of VVAS was good with the Cronbach’s alpha of 0.952. The test-retest reliability was also good with a non-significant difference between two time points, which showed no statistical meaning(t=0.953, P>0.05). Spearman correlation coefficient was used to analyze the criterion validity. The total scores between VVAS and DHI(r=0.512, P<0.001) were compared, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion As a tool for visual vertigo, the Chinese version of VVAS has good reliability and validity in the evaluation of visual vertigo in China.
