摘 要:既往人们认为Hensen细胞仅仅起到支撑毛细胞、稳定基底膜结构的作用。新近研究提示,Hensen细胞可以通过释放脂滴增加网状板层和盖膜之间的空间距离,改变毛细胞纤毛与盖膜之间的剪切力,从而调制微音电位(CM);Hensen细胞中脂滴分布从底圈到顶圈逐渐增加,并通过释放脂滴调节基底膜的劲度和质量、以及基底膜不同部位的驻波共振的形成。可见Hensen细胞参与了耳蜗机械调节,增强了耳蜗的敏感性以及感受声音的频率选择性。此外,Hensen细胞还释放ANXA1蛋白参与耳蜗炎症反应、以及可能利用脂滴释放脂肪酸为毛细胞提供营养。本文为研究耳聋发生发展机制提供新线索。Hensen cells were previously thought to only play a role in supporting hair cells and stabilizing the structure of the cochlea basil membrane. Hensen cells regulate the formation of cochlear microphonic(CM) by changing the shear force between the hair cells’ cilia and the tectorial membrane why lipid droplets can be released to increase the spatial distance between the reticular lamina and the tectorial membrane.The distribution of lipid droplets in Hensen cells increased gradually from the bottom circle to the top circle of the cochlea basil membrane, and the stiffness and mass of the basil membrane and the formation of standing wave resonance in different parts of the basil membrane could be adjusted by releasing lipid droplets. Hensen cells thus might participate in the mechanical regulation of the cochlea and could increase sensitivity of the cochlea and frequency selectivity of sound perception to enhence the frequency selectivity of the cochlea to sense sound. In addition, Hensen cells also release ANXA1 protein to mediate the inflammatory factors of cochlear.It is possible that lipid droplets could be used to release fatty acids to nourish hair cells. This paper provides new clues for the study of the mechanism of deafness.
