建筑业劳动力质量对经济增长的影响分析

摘　　要：结合现代人力资本理论发现,建筑业经济增长主要受技术进步、资本投入、劳动力数量和劳动力质量提升共同推动,继而采用Cobb-Douglas生产函数转化模型对建筑业劳动力质量与经济增长的关系进行分析。研究结果表明,四者对经济增长的贡献率分别为55.47%,21.10%,23.30%,0.13%,并且获得2003-2016年我国建筑业发展的生产函数模型为:Q=9.555×10-12K0.408L1.658N2.045。这说明建筑业还是属于主要依赖要素投入的粗放型发展模式。在人口数量红利逐渐消失的大背景下,建筑业亟须重视劳动力质量的提升来实现行业转型升级。Combined with modern human capital theory,the paper holds that the economic growth of construction industry is mainly driven by technological progress,capital input,labor quantity and labor quality.On this basis,the cobb-douglas production function transformation model is adopted to analyze the relationship between labor quality and economic growth in the construction industry.The research results of paper show that the contribution rates of the four sectors to economic growth are 55.47%,21.10%,23.30% and 0.13% respectively.The production function model of China’s construction industry development from 2003 to 2016 is:Q=9.555×10-12K0.408L1.658N2.045.It shows that the construction industry still belongs to the extensive development mode that mainly relies on factor input.Under the background of the gradual disappearance of demographic dividend,the construction industry needs to pay attention to the improvement of labor quality to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading.
