摘　　要：目的:探讨床边超声心动图在新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive careunit,NICU)中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年7月至2018年6月在汕头大学医学院第二附属医院NICU进行床边超声心动图检查的235例患儿超声心动图检查结果。结果:234例(99.6%)患儿检出异常,仅1例未检出异常;其中单纯卵圆孔未闭113例(48.1%),动脉导管未闭合并卵圆孔未闭105例(44.7%),持续肺动脉高压34例(14.5%),先天性心脏病16例(6.8%),左室收缩功能减低3例(1.3%)。结论:床边超声心动图有着便捷、及时、诊断准确的优点,对NICU患儿的治疗及疗效评估有重要作用。Objective:To explore the application value of bedside echocardiography in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU). Methods: The echocardiographic findings of 235 children admitted to NICU in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from July 2017 to June 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:234 cases (99.6%) were found abnormal,only 1 case was not found abnormal;113 cases (48.1%) were simple patent foramen ovale;105 cases (44.7%) were arterial duct unclosed and patent foramen ovale;34 cases (14.5%) were persistent pulmonary hypertension;16 cases (6.8%) were congenital heart disease;and 3 cases (1.3%) were left ventricular systolic dysfunction. Conclusion: Bedside echocardiography has the advantages of convenience,timeliness and accurate diagnosis. It plays an important role in the treatment and evaluation of curative effect of NICU children.
