摘  要:我国是钛白粉的生产大国,每年的钛白粉产量堪称天文数字。当前我国钛白粉生产方式主要应用的是硫酸法,这一方式优点众多,适合我国当前的国情。但随着我国高度重视环境保护工作,节能减排的要求及企业降低生产成本的需要,如何有效地降低硫酸法钛白粉生产能耗已成为钛白粉生产企业重要的研究方向。因此,相关单位必须从分析硫酸法钛白粉生产能耗入手,针对硫酸法钛白粉生产中耗能较高的环节加以分析,以此减少硫酸法钛白粉生产成本。China is a big producer of titanium dioxide, and the annual output of titanium dioxide can be regarded as astronomical figures. At present, sulfuric acid method is mainly used in the production of titanium dioxide in China, which has many advantages and is more suitable for the current situation of our country. However, with our country attaching great importance to environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction requirements and the need of enterprises to reduce production costs, how to effectively reduce the energy consumption of titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid method has become an important research direction of titanium dioxide production enterprises. Therefore, relevant units must start with the analysis of energy consumption in the production of titanium dioxide by sulphuric acid method, and analyze the high energy consumption link in the production of titanium dioxide by sulphuric acid method, so as to reduce the production cost of titanium dioxide by sulphuric acid method.
