摘  要:系统以机器人为载体,在ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)制动和转向控制的基础上,通过嵌入式Web服务器开发技术、ZigBee传感器网络数传技术、网关/协调器串口通信结构和B/S结构实现了跨平台、异构网络间的实时远程数据交互功能,针对目前泵房环境监测方式效率低下且成本高等缺点,设计一种轻量型泵房环境监测机器人用于移动式实时监测温湿度、噪声等环境状况。实验结果表明:该泵房环境监测机器人获取数据准确可靠、实时高效,能够突破水泵房的传统监测方式,降低成本,加快无人值守泵房的发展进程。Based on using robot as the carrier and ARM brake control,a lightweight robot is designed for mobile real-time monitoring of pump room environmental conditions such as temperature,humidity and vibration noise to solve the shortcomings of current pump room environment monitoring methods such as low efficiency and high cost. It realizes real-time remote data interaction between the cross-platform heterogeneous networks through the embedded Web server development technology,ZigBee sensor network data transmission technology,gateway/coordinator serial communication structure and B/S structure. The experimental results show that the pump room environmental monitoring robot obtains accurate,reliable and real-time data,which can break through the traditional agricultural monitoring methods,reduce costs and accelerate the development of unmanned pump room monitoring system.
