摘 要:如今,在微电子应用领域发生着前所未有的革命性变化。这种变化是由系统芯片技术的研发引起的。为了实现SOC系统与外部设备的通信,通用异步收发器(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter,UART)成为一个很重要的媒介。文中设计了一种基于AMBA(Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture)总线的SOC中UART电路。该电路根据AMBA总线标准搭建SOC系统,将其挂载到APB(Advanced Peripheral Bus)总线上,在系统软件的控制下实现了系统与外部设备的串行通信。在Vivado 2017. 1环境下实现了文中提及的接口电路的设计与验证,验证结果表明传输数据正确。Nowadays,there are unprecedented and revolutionary changes happening in the field of microelectronic application,what are results from the research and development of SoC( System on Chip)technology. To realize the communication between SOC system and peripheral devices,UART( Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) became a kind of medium with great importance. An UART circuit in SoC based on AMBA( Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture) bus is designed. The circuit constructs the SOC system according to the standard of AMBA bus,and the SOC system is mounted on APB( Advanced Peripheral Bus) bus. Under the control of system software,serial communication between the system and peripheral devices is realized. The design and verification of the related interface circuits are applied in Vivado 2017. 1 environment,and results shows that the data transmitted is correct.
