摘 要:为了充分利用V2G(vehicle-to-grid)技术提高有源配电网的安全性和经济性,提出了考虑电动汽车V2G模式的有源配电网协调运行优化的模型与方法。基于混合整数二阶锥规划,建立了含电动汽车、分布式电源、无功补偿的有源配电网协调运行优化模型。该模型以周期内多时段网络总损耗最小为优化目标函数,同时考虑电动汽车充放电需求容量约束和配电网安全运行约束,对电动汽车运行方式和无功补偿进行协调优化。在IEEE33节点系统进行仿真分析,结果表明所提出的协调运行方法可以有效地利用V2G技术提高有源配电网的电压质量和经济性。In order to fully make use of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology to improve safety and economy of the active distribution network, this paper proposes a model and a method for coordinated operation and optimization of the active distribution network considering V2G mode of the electric vehicle (EV). Based on mixed integer second-order cone programming, a coordinated operation and optimization model for the active distribution network with EV, distributed generation (DG) and reactive power compensation is established. This model takes the minimum multi-period total network loss in the period as the optimized objective function and considers required capacity constraint for EV charging and discharging and safe operation constraint for the distribution network at the same time so as to coordinate and optimize operation mode of EV and reactive power compensation. Simulation analysis is made in the IEEE-33 bus system and the result indicates the proposed coordinated operation method can effectively use V2G technology to improve voltage quality and economy of the active distribution network.
