摘 要:在工程车液压或者气压管路里面,管接头都是必不可少的零部件之一,对于管路的安全性和可靠性都有重要作用,对管接头进行受力校核的时候,一般采取计算的方式进行分析。但对于异型管接头,计算难度就比较大,利用CATIA软件进行建模,然后根据实际安装情况,建立约束,分析压力作用下的受力情况并提出改进措施,事实证明,这种分析改进方法简单方便,有利于复杂问题简单化。In the hydraulic or air pressure pipeline of Engineering vehicles, the pipe joint is one of the necessary parts, which plays an important role in the safety and reliability of the pipeline. When the pipe joint is checked, it is generally analyzed by the method of calculation. But for the special-shaped pipe joint, it is difficult to calculate. CATIA software is used to model the joint. Then, according to the actual installation conditions, the constraints are established. The force conditions under the pressure effect are analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward. In fact, it is proved that this kind of analysis and improvement method is simple and convenient, which is beneficial to the simplification of complex problems.
