摘　　要：针对海事卫星数据通信业务需要,利用ADS软件仿真并设计一种射频移相器单元电路,该单元由一个3dB电桥、2个变容二极管SMV1245-079LF和数控单元组成,移相器带内插入损耗小于2.5dB,移相范围大于135度,驻波比小于1.5。In order to meet the needs of maritime satellite data communication service, a RF phase shifter unit circuit is simulated and designed by ADS software. The unit consists of a 3dB bridge, two varactor diodes SMV1245-079LF and a numerical control unit. The insertion loss in the phase shifter band is less than 2.5dB, the phase shifting range is greater than 135 degrees, and the standing wave ratio is less than 1.5.
