摘  要:目的:优选湿热消颗粒的制备工艺。方法:以软材综合评分和颗粒成型率百分比为指标,考察浸膏用量、蔗糖用量、糊精用量以及95%酒精用量四个关键因素对颗粒制备工艺的影响。结果:优选的最佳工艺为1倍量的浸膏(以0.1%酒精调和)、1.5倍量的蔗糖和2.5倍量的糊精制软材,再制粒、干燥和整粒;验证试验结果表明,软材平均评分为9.5分,RSD=1.94%,平均成型率为96.72%,RSD=2.57%。结论:优选的该制剂成型工艺可行、工艺稳定,可用于湿热消颗粒的扩大化实际生产。Objective: To select the optimum preparation technology of ShiReXiao Granules. Methods: To investigate the effects of four key factors, the amount of extract, the amount of sucrose, the amount of dextrin and the amount of 95% alcohol, which influence on the preparation process of the granules using the comprehensive score of soft materials and the percentage of particle forming rate for indexes. Results: The optimum process is 1 times the amount of extract (mixed with 0.1% alcohol), 1.5 times the amount ofsucrose and 2.5 times the amount of dextrin to produce soft materials, and then granulating, drying and granulating. The verification test results showed that the average score of soft materials was 9.5, RSD=1.94%, the average molding rate was 96.72%, RSD=2.57%. Conclusion: The optimum formulation is feasible and stable, and can be used in the practical production of the ShiReXiao Granules.
