摘 要:烷基萘具有优良的氧化安定性,可用作润滑油基础油。采用模拟试验,对用烷基萘(40℃运动黏度63.5mm^2/s,100℃运动黏度8.0mm^2/s)替代部分APIⅢ类基础油调配的SN5W-30汽油机油的氧化安定性,高温清净性,摩擦特性和低温流动性进行了考察。烷基萘可以提高SN5W-30汽油机油的氧化安定性和高温清净性,并能够小幅度地改善SN5W-30汽油机油的低温(-35℃)泵送性能,但并不能改善SN5W-30汽油机油的低温(-30℃)启动性及摩擦性能。可以推测,用烷基萘调配的SN5W-30汽油机油比完全用APIⅢ类基础油调配的SN5W-30汽油机油有更长的使用周期。Alkylated naphthalene had excellent oxidative stability and could be used as lubricant base oil. The oxidative stability,high-temperature detergency,tribological characteristics and low temperature fluidity of SN 5W-30 gasoline engine oils blended with alkylated naphthalene(63.5 mm^2 /s at 40 ℃ and 8.0 mm2 /s at 100 ℃)instead of part of API Ⅲ base oil were investigated by simulation test. The alkylated naphthalene could improve oxidative stability and high-temperature detergency of SN 5W-30 gasoline engine oils. And it could improve the low temperature(-35 ℃)pumping performance of SN 5W-30 gasoline engine oils slightly,but it could not improve the low temperature(-30 ℃)start up and friction performance of SN 5W-30 gasoline engine oils. It could be inferred that SN5W-30 gasoline engine oils blended with alkylated naphthalene had longer service life than that blended with API Ⅲ base oil.(Charts0 Tables6 References5)
