摘　　要：乘客安全气囊(PAB)是汽车安全气囊中药量比较大的一种,在联合国UN6c试验中往往被划分为第1类(爆炸品)第1.4项,限制了其运输方式。文章介绍了一种乘客安全气囊(PAB)包装改进,该包装依据联合国UN6c试验的结果做出针对改进,采用金属丝网笼加固的方式,加强了对金属迸射物的束缚。改进后的包装,可将原分类为第1类1.4项的乘客安全气囊(PAB)降低为第9类(杂项危险品)。该包装符合《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书》的有关要求,使驾驶员侧安全气囊(PAB)适合更多形式的运输。Passenger airbag (PAB) is a kind of vehicle airbag with large amount of drug. It is often classified as Category 1 (Explosives) item 1.4 in the UN6c test of the United Nations, which limits its transportation mode. In this paper, an improvement of passenger airbag (PAB) packaging is introduced. According to the results of UN6c test, the packaging is improved and strengthened by wire cage reinforcement. The improved package can reduce the passenger airbag (PAB) classified as Category 1.4 to Category 9 (Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods). The packaging meets the relevant requirements of the United Nations Recommendation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and makes the driver-side airbag (PAB) suitable for more transport forms.
