摘　　要：不再依赖国家财政投入,充分吸纳社会资本,整合社会资源发展高等教育,是今后高校的发展趋势。如何多渠道筹集资金,成为各高校面临的重要课题。长期以来,社会资本利用率低、捐赠理念落后、捐赠动力不足,捐赠效果不理想等等制约了高校社会捐赠的发展。文章以"社会资本"这一概念为切入点,重视和利用积极的社会资本促进高校社会捐赠的巩固和发展,分析高校社会捐赠理念与动力,试图构建有持续动力的高校社会捐赠发展模式,力求形成可持续、常态化的捐赠动力。It will be the trend for the development of higher education in the future to fully absorb social capital and integrate social resources instead of relying on state financial input. How to raise funds through multiple channels has become an important issue faced by universities. For a long time, low utilization rate of social capital, backward donation concept, insufficient donation motivation and unsatisfactory donation effect have restricted the development of social donation in universities. Taking the concept of "social capital" as the starting point, this paper attaches importance to and makes use of positive social capital to promote the consolidation and development of social donation in universities, analyzes the concept and motivation of social donation in universities, and tries to build a sustainable and normal development mode of social donation in universities.
