摘 要:控压固井技术能够解决窄安全密度窗口、浅层气、浅层流等复杂地层条件下的固井技术难题,防止井涌、井漏和气窜等复杂情况的发生。在介绍控压固井技术原理的基础上,分析了目前国内外控压固井的发展现状、应用情况及关键技术,包括控压固井技术的工艺流程、硬件装备和软件系统,并探讨了控压固井技术存在的问题与发展趋势。现场应用表明,控压固井技术能够显著提高固井成功率和固井质量;但现有控压固井技术未能充分结合固井作业的具体特征,存在计算模型缺乏、控制软硬件不配套和工艺不完善的问题。针对控压固井技术特征和目前存在的问题,给出了技术发展建议,以期为我国控压固井技术的发展提供指导和帮助。Managed pressure cementing (MPC) technology allows operations to overcome the cementing challenges under complex formation conditions such as narrow safe density window, shallow gas and shallow flow. MPC technology can effectively prevent the occurrence of complex accidents resulting from well kicks, lost circulation, and gas channeling. With a focus on MPC processes, this paper analyzes the current status of the technology, including new developments of key technologies and applications to existing problems, such as the related process flow, hardware equipment and software systems. The field applications show that the MPC technology can significantly improve the success rate and quality, however, the current MPC technology is not fully integrated into the specific characteristics of cementing job and some major issues persist, including the absence of computational models, improper matching of control software and hardware, and imperfect craftsmanship. Aiming at the technical characteristics and existing problems in MPC, this paper includes recommendations to provide guidance and support for the development of domestic MPC technology.
