摘  要:介绍了锅炉烟气余热深度回收中新型氟塑料低温省煤器的特点和优势,这种材料的换热器其运行和维护成本更低,使用寿命更长。使用该设备可以将排烟温度降低30℃,凝结水温度提高20℃,回收热量12GJ/h。锅炉排烟余热深度回收,不会影响锅炉的正常运行,可以显著提高机组的热效率、降低发电锅炉煤耗,有着显著的经济和环保效益。The paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of new type fluoroplastic low-temperature coal economizer in the deep recovery of boiler flue gas waste heat. The heat exchanger made of the new material requires lower operation and maintenance cost and has longer service life. The device can reduce flue gas temperature by 30 ℃, increase condensate temperature by 20 ℃ and recover energy 12 GJ / h. The deep recovery of flue gas waste heat will not affect the normal operation of the boiler, can significantly improve the thermal efficiency of the unit, reduce coal consumption of the generator boiler and bring much economic and environmental benefit.
