摘　　要：结合实际阐述锅炉水冷壁垢下碱性腐蚀产生的机理,剖析垢下碱性腐蚀的保护膜破坏和金属本身腐蚀的两个过程,描述锅炉水冷壁垢下碱性腐蚀的特征、形成因素及判定、预防、整改措施。The mechanism of alkaline corrosion under the cold wall scaling of boiler water is discussed combining with actual cases, the two processes of protection film damage of alkaline corrosion under scaling and corrosion of the metal itself are analyzed, and the characteristics, causes of formation and judgment, prevention and rectification measures of the alkaline corrosion under the cold wall scaling of boiler water are presented.
