摘 要:为从生物信息的角度研究烟草泛素激活酶E1,使用Sopma、Swiss model和Meme工具分析烟草泛素激活酶E1序列的二级结构、空间结构和保守基序。结果表明:烟草泛素激活酶E1的各成员中,以NtUAE2的α-螺旋含量最大,空间结构较为稳定;烟草泛素激活酶E1空间结构的主体结构具有3个分支,功能域位于其间,NtUAE1和NtUAE2空间结构模板为6dc6.2.A;NtUAE3的模板为3cmm.2.A;烟草泛素激活酶E1的保守基序中,Motif 3和Motif 4为泛素激活酶的催化半胱氨酸结构域。In order to study the tobacco ubiquitin-activating enzyme E1 from the perspective of biological information,the secondary structure,spatial structure and conserved motif of the tobacco ubiquitin-activating enzyme E1 sequence were analyzed using the Somma,Swiss model and Meme tools.The results showed that among the members of the tobacco ubiquitin-activating enzyme E1,the α-helix content of NtUAE2 was the largest and the spatial structure was stable.The main structure of the tobacco ubiquitin-activating enzyme E1 spatial structure had three branches,and the functional domains were located between them.NtUAE1 and NtUAE2 spatial structure template was 6dc6.2.A;NtUAE3 template was 3cmm.2.A;in the conserved motif of tobacco ubiquitin activating enzyme E1,Motif 3 and Motif 4 are catalytic cytokines of ubiquitin activating enzyme Amino acid domain.
