摘　　要：成果转化已成为科技创新中的热点问题,随着科研人员对知识产权的保护意识日益加强,成果转化纠纷诉讼也随之增多,成果转化档案具有凭证作用,建设与管理研究具有重要意义。为进一步加强成果转化工作,本研究以省级农科院直属研究所成果转化档案建设、管理为研究对象,在梳理成果转化概念与意义、成果转化档案定义与价值形态的基础上,对成果转化档案的归档、整理、鉴定、保管与统计进行了建设性研究,以CY研究所为例,设计了农业科研成果转化档案的归档范围、类目表、类号、保管期限表;以提高管理效率为目的,设计了成果转化档案归档材料调查表、质量检验单,进行表单化管理。将转化档案管理研究切实落在微观层面,从工作实际出发,以期为同类单位积累档案管理经验,为成果转化工作提供合理优化服务。Achievement transformation has become a hot issue in scientific and technological innovation.With the increasing awareness of scientific researchers on intellectual property protection,disputes and lawsuits over achievement transformation have also increased.Achievement transformation archives have the function of evidence,and the research on construction and management is of great significance.In order to further strengthen the work of achievement transformation,this study took the construction and management of achievement transformation archives of institutes directly under the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object.On the basis of sorting out the concept and significance of achievement transformation,the definition and value form of achievement transformation archives,it constructively studied the archiving,collation,appraisal,preservation and statistics of achievement transformation archives.Taking CY Institute as an example,this paper designed the filing scope,category list,category number and storage time table of the archives for the transformation of agricultural achievements,and designed the questionnaire of archiving materials and quality inspection form for the purpose of improving the management efficiency,and carried out the form-based management of the archives for the transformation of agricultural achievements.In order to accumulate the experience of archives management for similar units and provide reasonable and optimized services for the work of achievements transformation,the research of transformed archives management should be put at the micro level and proceed from the actual work.
