追风透骨胶囊内服联合针灸治疗腰痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腰痛患者采用追风透骨胶囊内服联合针灸治疗的分析。方法将2017年4月至2018年4月骨科治疗的104例腰痛患者随机分为2组,每组52例。对照组行追风透骨胶囊内服治疗,观察组行追风透骨胶囊内服联合针灸治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、腰部功能改善情况、腰痛改善情况及中医证候积分、各项血清因子水平、生活质量。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后1个月、2个月JOA评分明显高于对照组,且JOA改善指数也明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前VAS疼痛评分、中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后1个月、2个月VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,且中医证候积分也明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组组治疗前血清P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)中MMP-2、MMP-3水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后SP、NPY、MMP-2、MMP-3均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能、角色功能、总体健康等SF-36评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰痛患者采用追风透骨胶囊内服联合针灸治疗的效果显著,能有效减轻腰痛症状,改善腰部功能,促进伴随症状的缓解,提升生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Zhuifengtougu capsule combined with acupuncture on lumbago.Methods A total of 104 patients with low back pain, who were treated at Department of Orthopaedics of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018, were randomly divided into control group(n=52) and observation group(n=52). The patients in control group were treated by Zhuifengtougu capsule whereas those in observation group were treated by Zhuifengtougu capsule combined with acupuncture. The clinical effects, improvement of lumbar founction and pain, TCM symptoms score, serum levels of factors and quality of life of the patients in both groups were compared.Results The effective rate in observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that(75%) in control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in JOA scores, VAS pain scores, TCM symptoms scores, SP, NPY and MMP between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 m and 2 m after treatment, the JOA scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and JOA improvement index was significantly increased(P<0.05). Moreover, the VAS pain scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the TCM symptoms scores were significantly increased(P<0.05). Furthermore, the levels of SP, NPY, MMP-2 and MMP-3 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). In addition, the SF 36 scores(body function, social function, cognitive function, role function and general health) were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Zhuifengtougu capsule combined with acupuncture is effective in alleviating lumbago and concomitant symptoms and improving lumbar founction and life quality of patients,therefor, which is of active clinical significance.
