癌痛患者止痛用药情况和临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的剖析癌症疼痛患者在规范化治疗中镇痛药物的使用状况和治疗效果,目的是使临床医师可以正确运用镇痛类药物缓解癌症患者的疼痛。方法对2017年6月至2018年12月163例癌痛患者的止痛用药资料进行回顾性分析汇总,同时统计整理出各药物的DDDS、DUI、用药总天数和药物总用量等数据。结果患者以口服途径摄入镇痛类药物为主,硫酸吗啡缓释片(10 mg)应用率最高,DDDS从低到高分别为非甾体抗炎药、第二阶梯镇痛药、强阿片类药物,这三类药物均为DUI<1,说明医师用药合理,规范治疗后相比于治疗前,中、重度疼痛患者比例明显下降,无痛患者比例上升,163例癌痛患者用药后总显效率达89.57%。结论癌症疼痛患者的持续规范化治疗意义重大,合理规范的使用镇痛药物可以显著改善患者的生存质量。Objective To analyze the use status of analgesic medication and clinical effects in patients with cancerous pain in standardized treatment,so that the clinicians can correctly use analgesics to relieve the pain of patients with cancer.Methods The clinical data about the use status of analgesic medication and clinical effects in 163 patients with cancerous pain who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,moreover, the data of DDDs,DUI,total days of medication and total dosage of each drug were statistically analyzed.Results The patients took analgesic drugs mainly by oral way,and the use rate of morphine sulfate zyban(10 mg) was the highest.The DDDS was in order(from low to high) was non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,the second ladder analgesics,strong opioids,moreover, the DUI in the three kinds of drugs was less than 1,which suggested that the medication of doctors was reasonable.As compared with that before treatment, the proportion of patients with moderate pain and severe pain was decreased obviously,and the proportion of patients without pain was increased obviously after standardized treatment,with the total effective rate being 89.57%.Conclusion Thecontinuous standardized treatment for patients with cancerous pain is of great significance.The rational and standardized use of analgesics can significantly improve the life quality of patients.
