摘　　要：文章分析了当前科研单位专业所综合办公室工作的新特点和存在的问题,从转变方式、完善机制、提高效能、树立意识等方面提出对策,以期为专业研究所综合办公室人员改进工作思路和工作方法提供参考,不断提高办公室管理效能和服务水平,为单位事业的高质量发展提供更优质的服务。The new characteristics and existing problems of the comprehensive office work in the scientific research institutes were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of changing the way, perfecting the mechanism, promoting efficiency, establishing consciousness. This will provide reference of working ideas and methods for the staff of the comprehensive office in the professional research institute to improve the efficiency and service level of office management continuously, and provide higher quality service for the high quality development of the enterprise of the unit.
