涉农高校与公益性农技推广体系有机衔接模式探索

摘　　要：文章介绍了原农业部、财政部组织的科研院校开展重大农技推广服务试点工作中9 家涉农高校农技推广服务模式的概况与典型案例,分析了“涉农高校+公益性农技推广体系”衔接型农业科技推广模式的现实情况、发展约束、模式发展趋势,提出了健全涉农高校绩效考评机制、探索涉农高校与基层农技推广体系有机融合的长效机制、涉农高校在人才培养方面衔接基层农技推广体系发展等完善“大学+农技推广体系”融合型农技推广模式的建议。Agricultural technology extension modes and typical cases of nine agriculture related universities which carried out the pilot project of major agricultural technology extension funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance were introduced in the paper. The realistic conditions, development constraints and developing trends of connection type agricultural technology extension mode by "agriculture related universities plus public agricultural extension system" were analyzed. Suggestions for perfecting integration type agricultural technology extension mode by "universities plus agricultural extension system" were put forward, such as perfecting evaluation mechanism of agriculture related universities, exploring long term organic integration mechanism of agriculture related universities and basic agricultural extension system, and combining talents′ training in agriculture related universities with development of basic agricultural extension system.
