摘　　要：科技成果获奖数量和等级是衡量一个单位科研水平和社会贡献的重要指标之一。文章重点对河北省农林科学院近20年(1999~2018 年)获奖科技成果的奖励种类、各阶段获奖情况及各专业领域获奖情况进行了深入分析,梳理了获奖的经验和存在的问题,并从顺应农业供给侧结构性改革需求,补齐研究短板;加强成果管理,出台成果培育和申报计划;设立院级奖励,熟悉申报流程等方面提出了提高农业科技成果产出效率的对策。The number and grade of awarded scientific and technological achievements is one of the important indicators to measure the scientific research level and social contribution of a unit. The categories, grades, stages and professional awards of scientific and technological achievements obtained by the Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences in the past 20 years were deeply analyzed in the paper. Experience and problems of award were combed. Corresponding countermeasures for improving the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements output were put forward, including adapt to needs of the structural reform in the agricultural supply side, to strengthen the research shortcomings, strengthen results management and introducing results development and application plans, establish academic level award, be familiar with the application process, etc.
