摘　　要：乡村要振兴,产业是关键。农业科研单位是支撑产业兴旺的重要力量。文章以中国热带农业科学院热带生物技术研究所为视角,结合热区实际,阐述了农业科研单位支撑产业兴旺必须抓科技和人才两个着力点的工作思路,并在此基础上明确提出了凝聚创新力量和资源、发挥自身创新优势、探索示范推广新模式、培养科技和乡土人才等实现路径。Industry is the key to the revitalization of the countryside. Agricultural scientific research institute is an important force to support industrial prosperity. In the perspective of Institute of Tropical Bioscience and Biotechnology, China Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, combining the reality of the tropical regions, the thinking of work was expounded in the paper that agricultural scientific research institute must grasp the two key points of technology and talents in supporting the prosperity of the industry. On this basis, the implementation path was clearly put forward, i.e., cohering of innovation power and resources, giving full play to their innovative superiority, exploring new model of demonstration and extension, and cultivating technological and local talents.
