摘 要:远程监测的优势使航标遥测遥控系统得到快速发展,逐步成为我国航标管理部门的主要航标效能监测手段。但因缺乏统一规划及顶层设计,导致航标遥测遥控领域长期存在数据采集、传输、应用不规范等问题,制约行业整体融合发展。交通运输部南海航海保障中心近年来致力于航标遥测遥控系统建设标准化的探索,从数据标准化、通信标准化、应用标准化三个方面进行研究,并配套完成标准化航标遥测遥控系统建设,达到了“统一标准、统一接入、统一监控”的标准化航标遥测遥控系统建设目标。With the rapid development of the telemetry and telecontrol system for aids to navigation (AtoN) as a result of the advantages of remote monitor, the AtoN telemetry and telecontrol system has gradually become the major means of AtoN effectiveness monitor for the AtoN authority in China. However, due to the lack of unified planning and top-level design, such problems of under-standard data acquisition, transmission and application have existed for a long time in the telemetry and telecontrol of AtoN, which has restricted the integrative development of the entire industry. In the recent years, the Navigation Guarantee Center of South China Sea (NGSC) of the Ministry of Transportation has made explorations in the standardization of the development of the AtoN telemetry and telecontrol system. Researches have been conducted from the three aspects of data standardization, communication standardization and application standardization. Supported by the above research results, the standardized AtoN telemetry and telecontrol system is developed and established goals have been achieved in unifying standards, access and monitoring for the standardized AtoN telemetry and telecontrol system.
