摘　　要：介绍电子健康卡建设背景、内涵以及意义,以厦门市为例详细阐述区域电子健康卡主要架构、建设内容及实施部署,指出其应用有助于整合线上线下资源,精简流程,方便居民就医。The paper introduces the background,connotation and meanings of regional electronic health card building,expounds the main structure,content and implementation steps of regional electronic health card in detail by taking Xiamen city as an example,and points out that its application will help integrate online and offline resources,actualize streamlining procedures and make easier for residents to seek medical advices.
