摘  要:本文基于LabVIEW以及专用的机器视觉函数库IMAQ Vision,以最新型的机器视觉检测技术为核心,设计了一套针对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的检测系统。将待测齿轮采集图像进行逐步处理,选择合理有效的算法提取需要的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的多项参数。通过使用万能工具显微镜对同一齿轮检测分析,对比两种不同的检测方法所得的齿轮参数以及检测时间、劳动强度等,验证了本文设计的检测系统具备可行性和实用性,在降低人为误差以及操作简便上有着极为显著的优势。Based on LabVIEW and the special machine vision function library IMAQ Vision, a detection system for involute spur gears is designed with the latest machine vision detection technology as the core. Through the gradual processing of the collected image of the gear to be measured, a reasonable and effective algorithm is selected to extract the required parameters of involute spur gear. By using the universal tool microscope to detect and analyze the same gear, comparing the gear parameters obtained by two different detection methods, as well as the detection time and labor intensity, it is proved that the detection system designed in this paper is feasible and practical, and has a remarkable advantage in reducing human error and simplicity of operation.
