摘　　要：随着计算机网络的发展,网络监控系统由过去的CCTV方式转变为数字化模式。然而数字化模式并不完全适用于对传输内容安全性要求非常高的场景,黑客攻击等行为会泄露传输内容,为危险分子盗取机密信息提供方便。本文提出基于C/S模式的远程网络视频监控系统,它使用硬件设备采集视频信息,经过硬件模块加密和定制基站传输到目标硬件设备。在目标设备中,首先解密视频信息,然后服务端软件对视频信息解码后广播给连接的客户端,实现对远程视频源的采集、传输和监控。本文从系统的需求分析、硬件平台的支持、软件平台的设计、服务端和客户端软件的实现等方面论述系统的构造过程,为其它类似应用场景的系统设计提供了借鉴。With the development of computer network, network video-monitoring system has changed into digitized period from CCTV method. However, this mode doesn t apply well to such a scenario which pays much attention to security requirements. Hacker attacks and other behaviors will reveal the content of the transmission and provide convenience for the confidential information to be stolen by hostile persons. This paper proposes a solution of remote network video-monitoring system based on the client and server mode. It makes use of hardware equipments to collect, encrypt video information and transfer to target hardware equipments using customized based stations. After the target equipments receive the video information, first, it decrypts this information, and then the server decodes video signals and broadcasts to all the connected clients which implement the whole process of gathering, transferring and monitoring. This paper discusses the building process from the perspective of system s requirement, hardware platform s support, software platform s design and the implementation of server and client software which is helpful to the system design of other similar application scenarios.
