摘　　要：目的:分析极低出生体重儿应用袋鼠式护理的临床价值。方法:收治极低出生体重儿92例,随机分为两组各46例,参照组开展传统护理干预,试验组开展袋鼠式护理干预。结果:试验组患儿并发症发生情况及生长发育情况与参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:袋鼠式护理干预,可降低患儿并发症发生情况,改善患儿的生长发育。Objective:to analyze the clinical value of kangaroo nursing for very low birth weight infants.Methods:92 cases of very low birth weight infants were selected,they were divided into the two groups equally.Traditional nursing intervention was carried out in the reference group and kangaroo nursing intervention was carried out in the experimental group.Results:Complications and growth and development of children in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Kangaroo nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications in children.
