摘　　要：目的:探究南宁地区小儿急性上呼吸道病毒感染临床特征。方法:收治急性上呼吸道感染患儿300例,主要通过多重聚合酶链反应检测病原体的种类及其临床特征。结果:300例患儿中,阳性标本236份,检出率为78.76%。其中常见的流感病毒36.44%,1~3岁年龄段病毒检出率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:南宁地区小儿急性上呼吸道病毒种类较多,其与年龄段、季节变化等有关。Objective:To explore the characteristics of acute upper respiratory tract viral infection(AUVI)in children in Nanning area.Methods:300 cases of AUVI were selected,the pathogens and their clinical characteristics were detected by multiplex polymerase chain reaction.Results:236 of the 300 cases were positive(78.76%).Common influenza viruses accounted for 36.44%. The highest virus detection rate was found in the age group of 1~3 years old,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: There are many types of acute upper respiratory viruses in children in Nanning, which are related to age and seasonal changes.
