摘　　要：目的:了解虹桥社区老年人群对接种肺炎疫苗健康教育的需求。方法:选取上海市户籍60岁以上老年人群245名。采用自行设计的调查问卷调查老年人群对接种肺炎疫苗健康教育的需求。结果:老年人群中对肺炎疫苗相关基础知识、肺炎疫苗安全性知识、肺炎疫苗有效性知识、肺炎疫苗不良反应知识和肺炎疾病预防知识的需求调查分别为71.84%、65.71%、52.65%、40%和77.65%。初中及以下老年人群在肺炎疫苗安全性知识和肺炎疫苗不良反应知识的需求上略低于高中及以上老年人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虹桥社区老年人群对肺炎疫苗的认知有所欠缺,应针对性加强健康教育干预,提升老年人群对接种肺炎疫苗必要性的认识,提高肺炎疫苗接种率,切实保障老年人群健康,实现健康老龄化。Objective:To understand the health education demand for pneumonia vaccination among the elderly in Hongqiao community.Methods:245 elderly people over 60 years old with household registration in Shanghai were selected.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the health education needs of the elderly for pneumonia vaccination.Results:The knowledge of pneumonia vaccine related knowledge,pneumonia vaccine safety knowledge,pneumonia vaccine effectiveness knowledge, pneumonia vaccine adverse reactions knowledge and pneumonia disease prevention knowledge among the elderly were 71.84%, 65.71%,52.65%,40% and 77.65% respectively.The demand for pneumonia vaccine safety knowledge and pneumonia vaccine adverse reaction knowledge of the elderly population below junior high school was slightly lower than that of the elderly population above high school,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The awareness of pneumonia vaccine among the elderly in Hongqiao community is deficient.Health education intervention should be strengthened to enhance the awareness of the elderly about the necessity of pneumonia vaccine vaccination,to raise the awareness rate of pneumonia vaccine vaccination, to ensure the health of the elderly and to realize healthy aging.
