摘　　要：本文通过调查分析沿海省军区民用船舶动员的现状及问题,联系海上维权、勤务保障、作战训练等多方面需求,对比外军的经验做法,提出完善民船动员机制的相关对策建议。In this paper,the status and problems of civil ships mobilization of military area command in coastal provinces are analyzed.According to the demands of maritime safeguard rights,service security and combat training,and compared with the foreign practice and experience,countermeasures and advices about improving civil ships mobilization mechanism are proposed.
