中国共产党执政生态系统可靠性的计量分析

摘　　要：将可靠性的概念引入中国共产党执政生态系统的研究中,通过可靠性的特征量指标,如可靠度、失效率、平均失效间隔时间、故障平均修复时间、利用率等,可以对中国共产党执政生态系统的可靠性进行综合评价。同时,采用等分配法可以对中国共产党执政生态系统的元素和子系统进行可靠度分配。Through such characteristic index of reliability as validity,failure rate,mean time between failures,mean time to repair,and utilization rate,ecosystem reliability for governance by the Communist Party of China can be comprehensively assessed through introducing the concept of reliability.At the same time,equal distribution method can be used to distribute reliability to the elements and subsystems of the ecosystem for governance by the Communist Party of China.
