摘　　要：随着经济进入"新常态"以及金融供给侧结构性改革的积极推进,大力推进战略转型已成为商业银行生存与发展的必然选择。这也是推动我国金融业高质量发展和宏观经济转型升级的内在要求。与此同时,科学提炼商业银行战略转型的基本路径,并揭示不同路径的属性特征差异,对于商业银行科学地进行转型战略决策和提升战略转型效率与效果,具有重要意义。本研究回应现实需求,基于战略构型理论,提出了商业银行战略转型的基本思路。首先,归纳了我国商业银行战略转型的构成要素,提炼形成了商业银行战略转型的基本路径类型,即客户结构优化路径和业务结构优化路径;其次,比较分析了两种战略转型路径的属性特征。在此基础上,以我国上市的商业银行为研究样本,对两种路径的部分属性特征进行了实证检验。最后,本文基于商业银行战略转型路径及其属性特征的研究结论,就商业银行战略转型的路径选择及战略实施提出了有关建议。With the economy entering the "New Normal" and the active promotion of financial supplyside structural reform, the strategic transformation of commercial banks has become the inevitable choice for the survival and development of commercial banks. It is also the natural requirement to promote the high quality development of the financial sector and the macroeconomic transformation and upgrading. Therefore, it is of great importance for commercial banks to study the different paths of strategic transformation and the characteristics of different paths. This paper responds to this urgent demand and studies the basic framework of strategic transformation of commercial banks based on the strategic configuration theory. First, this paper summarizes the basic factors affecting the strategic transformation of commercial banks, and proposes the two basic paths, the optimization path for customer structure and the optimization path for business structure. Second, this paper compares the basic features of the two paths. Third, this paper empirically studies some of these features with the data of China’ s listed commercial banks. Finally, this paper proposes some policy suggestions for the strategic transformation of commercial banks.
