摘　　要：选用柔丝/棉50/50混纺纱与锦纶弹力长丝,设计并试织了一款具有特殊效果的双层表里换层组织产品。该产品设计要点如下:采用蜂巢、平纹相结合的双层表里换层组织,并利用退浆后纤维缩水率与织造缩率的不同,达到特殊的外观效果。试织结果表明,该产品视觉效果新颖独特,可为柔丝蛋白纤维在机织产品中的应用提供参考。A special double-layer superficial-substructure product with special effect was designed and trial-weaved by using Rose/cotton 50/50 blended yarn and nylon elastic filament. The main points of the design are summarized as follows: double-layer surface-inside layer change organization with combination of honeycomb and plain texture, the different shrinkage after designing is utilized. The trial weaving results show that the visual effect of the product is novel and unique, and the design can provide a reference for the application of Rose protein fibers in woven products.
