摘　　要：目的分析风险管理在产科护理管理中的实施效果,探讨应用价值。方法选取我院产科收治的235例孕产妇做为此次研究对象,两组孕产妇分别就诊于实施风险管理前后阶段,对比两组在院时期护理质量、不良事件发生情况以及孕产妇满意度。结果实施护理风险管理后产科护理质量各项评分均高于实施护理风险管理前,在院期间不良事件的发生率更低;孕产妇各方面的满意度均有显著提高。结论产科护理管理工作运用风险管理能够提高产科工作质量和治疗安全性,促进孕产妇与家属对医护服务更加满意。Objective To analyze the implementation effect of risk management in obstetric nursing management and explore its application value. Methods We selected 235 cases of pregnant women admitted to our hospital for this study. The two groups of pregnant women visited the hospital before and after the implementation of risk management, and compared the nursing quality, the occurrence of adverse events and the satisfaction of pregnant women. Results After nursing risk management, the quality of obstetric care was higher than before nursing risk management, and the incidence of adverse events was lower during hospital. All aspects of maternal satisfaction have significantly increased. Conclusion The application of risk management in obstetric care management can improve the quality and safety of obstetric work, and promote maternal and family members to be more satisfied with medical care.
