摘　　要：目的:探讨丁甘仁治疗崩漏的治则治法。方法:收集丁甘仁治疗崩漏的处方,通过中医传承辅助系统,运用数据挖掘、数理统计等方法,探索丁甘仁治疗崩漏的用药特色和组方规律。结果:共筛选丁甘仁治疗崩漏的处方20首,纳入药物77味。常用药物包括茯神、藕节、阿胶等。核心组合是:熟谷芽、当归、神曲;半夏、白芍、炮姜;熟谷芽、当归、月季花;白芍、砂仁壳、茯神。新处方分别是:熟谷芽、当归、神曲、月季花;半夏、白芍、炮姜、砂仁壳、茯神。结论:丁甘仁治疗崩漏多用止血补血药物配合健脾化湿药物,常用荆芩四物汤、归脾汤、胶艾四物汤、八珍汤等。Objective: To explore the therapeutic principle and method of Ding gan-Ren in treating metrorrhagia. Methods: The prescriptions of Ding Gan-ren for metrorrhagia were collected,and their characteristics and prescription rules were explored by means of TCM inheritance assistant system,data mining and mathematical statistics. Results: A total of 20 prescriptions of Ding Gan-ren for metrorrhagia were screened,and 77 kinds of drugs were included. Common drugs include Fushen( Sclerotium Poriae Pararadicis),Ojie( Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis),Ejiao( Colla Corii Asini) and so on. The core combinations were as follows: prepared Guya( Fructus Setariae Germinatus)-Danggui( Radix Angelicae Sinensis)-Shenqu( Massa Medicata Fermentata);Banxia( Rhizoma Pinelliae)-Baishao( Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Paojiang( Rhizoma Zingiberis Praeparatum);prepared Guya( Fructus Setariae Germinatus)-Danggui( Radix Angelicae Sinensis)-Yuejihua( Flos Rosae Chinensis);Baishao( Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Sharenke( Pericarpium Amomi)-Fushen( Sclerotium Poriae Pararadicis). The new prescriptions were as follows: the combination of Shuguya,Danggui,Shenqu,and Yuejihua;the combination of Banxia,Baishao,Paojiang,Sharenke and Fushen. Conclusion: In treating metrorrhagia,DING Gan-ren often uses drugs for stopping bleeding and nourishing blood combined with spleen-invigorating and dampness-removing drugs,so Four Substances Decoction plus Chizonepeta and Scutellaria,Spleen-Restoring Decoction,Four Substances Decoction plus Colla Corii Asini and Folium Artemisiae Argyi,Eight-Gem,etc. are adopted.
