摘　　要：国医大师徐景藩教授认为溃疡性结肠炎病机为脾虚为本,伤及肝肾,脾虚湿滞为其病理基础,病机关键为湿热血瘀壅滞肠腑,治疗溃疡性结肠炎以健脾为主,结合抑肝扶脾,清化行瘀。其常用治法有:健运脾胃法,调理肝脾法,清热化湿法。该病虚极主以温肾,适时收涩固脱,常用温阳补肾法,收涩止泻法。具体治疗方法有:足浴疗法,敷脐疗法,灌肠疗法,针灸和穴位按摩法,中成药治疗,中药膏方,食疗保健等。同时,徐教授特别注重患者的日常护理与生活调摄,常嘱患者在生活上防治并举,如生活调摄,心理护理,皮肤护理等。Professor Xu Jing-fan,a master of TCM,believes that the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is spleen deficiency,which injures liver and kidney,and spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation are its pathological basis. The key pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is dampness-heat and blood stasis obstructing intestines and viscera. The treatment of ulcerative colitis is mainly spleen-strengthening combined with liver-restraining,spleen-strengthening and clearing away blood stasis. The commonly used therapies include method of activating spleen and stomach,method of regulating liver and spleen,and method of clearing away heat and dampness. The disease is mainly manifested as excessive deficiency,so warming the kidney,timely astringency and solidification are proposed. The commonly used methods include warming ang and tonifying the kidney,astringency and anti-diarrhea. Specific treatment methods include foot therapy,external application therapy,enema therapy,acupuncture,moxibustion and acupoint massage,Chinese patent medicine treatment,Chinese herbal ointment,dietary therapy for health care. At the same time,Professor Xu Jingfan pays attention to nursing and adjusting photography. He often proposes patients to take preventive measures in life: adjusting photography in life,psychological nursing and skin nursing.
