降逆融通止血汤治疗非肿瘤所致上消化道出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察降逆融通止血汤治疗非肿瘤所致上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:170例患者均为本院2016年10月至2018年4月门诊或住院治疗的非肿瘤所致上消化道出血患者,按照随机数字对照表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组85例。对照组给予奥美拉唑、西咪替丁治疗,治疗组给予降逆融通止血汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率为81. 18%,治疗组有效率为94. 12%,治疗组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组治疗后平均止血时间、大便潜血转阴时间、伴随症状消失时间、住院时间优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:降逆融通止血汤治疗非肿瘤所致上消化道出血疗效显著。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Descending Adverse-Rising Qi and Dredging Meridians and Stopping Bleeding on non-neoplastic upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 170 patients with non-neoplastic upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital from October 2016 to April 2018 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number control table,with 85 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with omeprazole and cimetidine,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Decoction for Descending Adverse-Rising Qi and Dredging Meridians and Stopping Bleeding. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 81. 18%,and that of the treatment group was 94. 12%. The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). The average hemostasis time,the time of occult blood in stool turning negative,the time of disappearance of accompanying symptoms and the time of hospitalization in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Decoction for Descending Adverse-Rising Qi and Dredging Meridians and Stopping Bleeding has a remarkable efficacy on non-neoplastic upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
