益气养阴汤联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴汤联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年8月至2018年8月就诊于本院的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予三维适形放疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气养阴汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗后肿瘤标志物水平、中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:益气养阴汤联合放疗能改善局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤标志物水平,有利于调节患者机体免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,增强机体抗肿瘤作用。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Qi-Boosting and Yin-Nourishing Decoction in combination with radiotherapy on locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Ninety-eight patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while the ones in the observation group were treated with Qi-Boosting and Yin-Nourishing Decoction on the basis of the control group. Results: After the treatment,the level of tumor markers and the score of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). And the level of immunoglobulin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Qi-Boosting and Yin-Nourishing Decoction in combination with radiotherapy can improve the level of tumor markers in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer,help to regulate the immune function of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and enhance the anti-tumor effect of the body.
