摘　　要：针灸治疗肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的疗效评价指标包括对肩痛与肩关节活动功能这两方面的评定,以及包含这两方面的综合评定。对于肩痛的评价指标有:视觉模拟评分法,口述分级评分法,McGill疼痛问卷,简化McGill疼痛问卷。肩关节活动功能评价方法有:关节活动度检查,肩关节活动Melle评分,杨氏评定方案。综合评定方法有:ConstantMurley评分法,美国Michael Reese医疗中心评分标准,有效率评定,李氏评定量表。各项指标都有利弊,目前,运用综合评定和各项评价指标联合评定针灸治疗肩周炎的疗效已成趋势。开展肩周炎疗效评定统一标准的研究,全面、客观、科学的制定肩周炎临床疗效评价指标是十分有意义的。The evaluation indexes of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis include the evaluation of shoulder pain and shoulder joint activity function,and the comprehensive evaluation of these two aspects. The evaluation indexes for shoulder pain are as follows: visual analogue method of point rating,oral grading method of point rating,McGill pain questionnaire,and simplified McGill pain questionnaire. The evaluation methods of shoulder joint activity function include joint mobility test,shoulder joint activity Melle method of point rating,and Master Yang’s evaluation scheme. The comprehensive evaluation methods are as follows: Constant-Murley method of point rating,USA Michael Reese Medical Center standard of point rating,and efficiency evaluation;Lee’s rating scale. Each index has its advantages and disadvantages. At present,it has become a trend to evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis by using comprehensive evaluation and various evaluation indexes. It is of great significance to study the unified criteria for evaluating the efficacy of scapulohumeral periarthritis and to formulate the comprehensive,objective and scientific evaluation index for the clinical efficacy of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
